Here is a shelter with a simple fireplace. There is both an axe and a saw for preparing firewood, but there is no ready supply of wood. There is also a small outhouse next to the shelter.

Just down the hill from the shelter, within view, is a single house. There is no water source near the shelter. You would have to bring water from somewhere else along the trail.
