After opening the footbridge along Pisia Gągolina, this time Górny Pond was developed in the immediate vicinity of the historic factory buildings. The main element of the investment is a 400-meter footbridge stretching over the river bank and around the pond from Okrzei Street almost to Nowa Przędzalnia itself. There is also a square with a stepped terrace and an outdoor gym, which in a goal situation can count as a playground.
