This theatre, with a capacity for about 3,000 spectators, was used for theatrical, musical and poetic performances. Taking advantage of the natural slope of the hillside, the stands rested directly on the rock, which gave it exceptional stability and acoustics. Parts of the stage, the orchestra and the cavea (stands) are still preserved.
