I thought that this was the end and there was no way to go further on a road bike. However about 500m below, you can turn left when climbing (on the map direction Valentova) and from there you can either go left to Štitná, or then right up to Planavy (about another 300 meters in height) and from there you can go down to Svátý Stepan. The road is to see clearly with the Strava application, since komoot unfortunately does not show it clearly.
