The construction of the open-air museum, which was to become the Centre of Polish Folklore, began in 2010. After three years, the investment was completed.

In order to build the open-air museum, in addition to money from the European Union, the Association needed its own contribution, for which it took out a bank loan. The monthly installment amounted to PLN 70,000.

With the constantly developing tourist activity, the investment initially functioned well. Over time, however, mainly due to downtime in the winter months, it began to fall into greater and greater debt.

Great place, it seems that it did not survive the pandemic and fell apart - nice "urbex" to see, you can enter some of the buildings, but there is nothing interesting in them, apart from traces of the presence of squatters.
