Up here you just have a great view. The summit can be easily reached from the Südwiener Hütte hut in about three quarters of an hour - a great hike for children too, which becomes even more of an adventure with an overnight stay at the hut.

Wonderful tour, also for late risers😃

Moderately difficult tour from the "Südwienerhütte", but recommended.
In a good three quarters of an hour after the ascent via a path, you reach the large summit plateau.
We were on 14.08. At the beginning of the afternoon we were all alone up there for more than half an hour. Exactly 1 hiker came towards us on the way up and nobody on the way down.
Then on the "Südwiener" as a reward another wonderful Kaiserschmarrn (kitchen time in the afternoon only until 5 p.m. at the latest) and all is right with the world!
