The Ambassador Bridge took two and a half years to build and opened on November 15, 1929. At the time, it was the longest suspension bridge in the world.
After almost 100 years of service, it is finally being relieved by another bridge further upstream.
While there is a toll to use the bridge, a photo taken at night with the lights is almost priceless! 😀
