Bathing area with shelter further ahead next to the jetty, parking for campers, changing room, toilet, several fire pits with plenty of firewood, wooden outdoor gym, garbage cans, lots of tables and space to pitch a tent. There are information sheets for some skin disease related to the water, I suspect fleas or something similar. I myself and 3 other locals were in the water without any further consequences...
