The Outdoor Exhibition takes you on a journey through the story of Brigadier General John Hackett, who landed here on 18 September 1944 together with the men of his 4th Parachute Brigade on drop zone Y. Walk along the information panels and follow Hackett's trail, the airborne landings, his stay in the hospital until his hiding in Ede and escape to liberated territory. A photo from 1944 shows how thousands of brave heroes went on a mission.
