At Marven Lake in Fundy National Park, it's worth keeping your eyes open and taking a moment to pause. The lake is a popular place for moose in the summer, and you can also look for (and hopefully find) the four-toed salamander with its white belly. Marven Lake is the only lake in New Brunswick where this species of amphibian is at home.
