Mountain biking
At 2016 meters above sea level, the Meriggio hut is a sort of alpine bivouac (closed to users) with a nearby ruin (accessible) that can serve as a shelter in case of sudden bad weather.
It is not a walk for families, both because both access routes require a medium-high physical effort, and because the little-used forest roads are in some places decidedly uneven (apart from cemented portions).
What is certain is that the view over the entire Valmalenco is worth the effort alone.
