Sand traps on the descent! Don't get carried away and ride too optimistically here. Sand traps and downright sandboxes await you right up to the intersection with national road 62. It's probably better to climb this section than descend. It's not the famous sand pit from cross-country skiing in Zonhoven, but you can still get a cut.
