The "stairway of love" was created by painting one of the stairs that connect the high gate of the old city with Corso Fazzini, specifically Via Petrone. The steps have the lyrics of the song "La leggenda di Pizzomunno e Cristalda" painted on them. It is said that walking along it with your loved one will make you stay together forever.
