Leisurely walks, easy hikes, exciting summit tours or just enjoy the magnificent panorama on the sun terrace of the Alpengasthof Bischlingshöhe ... the Bischling is the starting point for countless mountain adventures and in winter a small but fine ski area.

It is one of the most popular flying mountains for paragliders and hang gliders in the province of Salzburg. From the beginning of May to the end of October and from December to Easter the cable car not only brings the professionals to the starting point. The brave ones can experience the unforgettable feeling of flying even with a tandem flight ...

In addition, there is a birds of prey show at the summit cross on the Bischlinghöhe on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm. Here the professional falconer Jiri Englich presents with great passion his birds of prey such as steppe eagle, falcon, eagle owl, and much more. The flying artists can really be experienced up close and the falconer conveys the topic around the birds of prey very lively and informative. Hunting falconry from "early to present" and the art of the bird of prey complete this unique experience.
