Church of Saints Cosmas and Damian. The church was built in 1902–1903 on the site of former churches. The first one was supposedly from the 16th century, and the last one before it was built in 1799–1802. Currently, the church belongs to the Siemiatycze deanery of the Warsaw-Bielsk diocese of the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church. In 2004, a chapel was built next to the building, used for blessing water. The church in Anusin is oriented with a log construction, boarded with planks. It is a tripartite building on a longitudinal-central plan. Above the nave there is an octagonal tower, topped with a turret and an onion-shaped dome. The two-storey bell tower is topped with a hipped roof, topped with a small onion-shaped dome. Inside there is an eclectic iconostasis from the beginning of the 20th century and four 18th-century Baroque holiday icons. A gold-embroidered velvet cloak dates from 1837.
