Delicate traverse, there are cables but when we passed (August 2024) they ended immediately before the most difficult section. There are two holds for the hands, for the feet you have to invent them a bit.
The rest of the path that goes up the Valle dei Mulini is not complicated, just a lot of standing and not much travel.
