A beautiful, wide sandy beach, perfect for a break. Unfortunately, there are only bike paths leading there, not trails.

Miles of natural, undeveloped beach stretch straight south of the small coastal town of Mimizan. A nice stairway leads down to the beach from this southern end of the esplanade. To access beach segments further south it is easier to use the Piste de la Cote bike trail and take some of the frequent spur trails to the water.
