In the past, this road had a very important communication importance. There was an old route leading from Pabianice through Dobroń to Łask, already marked on the Odrowąż-Pieniążek maps from 1796. This route - at a time when there was no current road leading through both Chechło and Kolumna - was once one of the main roads of the former properties of the Krakow Chapter.
