The tiny bivouac Cunella stands at 2280 meters in the middle of a huge scree desert. It is probably the smallest bivouac I've ever been to! Only 2 by 3 meters in size. Three places to sleep, water mostly close by.

At the bivouac there is a crossroads: you can descend directly into the San Valentino valley, head towards the Alta valley via the Coston della Valletta pass (challenging with equipped passages) or head towards the Bocchetta della Cunella.
