XIII CENTURY
The church is located in Piazza San Francesco, located close to the early medieval castle within the late thirteenth-century city walls. The façade, of the gable type, is made of local stone. In the centre, there is a splayed Gothic portal with a pointed arch, with bundles of small columns surmounted by capitals decorated with heraldic motifs; The entrance is enriched by a fifteenth-century wooden lacunar door. Above the entrance there is a round arch window, now walled up, and a large rose window.
