Road cycling
Tradition has it that, in 1576, a marble bas-relief of the Madonna and Child was found on an oak which was considered miraculous.
In 1597, thanks to the intervention of Angelo Racani and Quintiliano Cardoli from Narni and based on a design by Gian Domenico Bianchi of Milan, the construction of the sacred building began and was completed in 1615.
