Sugden Regional Park features one of the area's only freshwater beaches, located on the shore of Lake Avalon. The lake is usually bustling with activities such as boating, kayaking, and water-skiing. Pavilions and gazebos around the park provide places to rest. A nice paved trail circles the lake, offering a scenic waterfront run the entire way.
