It's a shame that most people miss this sight on their way to Milford Sound. Some stop to take a look at the waterfall just next to the road but almost nobody climbs up the steep path to see the beautiful upper waterfall.

the absolute MOGLI experience ... you pull yourself up the path at roots and then this gigantic view from the dense forest to the waterfall - if you need to be sure-footed - my highlight at Milford Sound!
