Mazourka Canyon Road, also known as Citrus Road on Google Maps, offers dispersed camping and popular off-road driving, hiking, and mountain biking opportunities. At the Kearsarge junction where Mazourka Canyon Road and Carson and Colorado Railroad cross, there are parking turnouts and a more up-and-down trail. The trail is pretty straightforward from Independence to Badger Flat but changes into a more rocky adventure. The stunning views of the valley and Sierras, including Mount Whitney, make it a memorable ride.
