Mountain biking
This path begins at the Heidekamp settlements of Schuhwiese and Nachtkoppel and leads across the Heidekamper Wohld forest to the Rehhorst district of Voßkaten. The path rises by a good 50 meters in altitude from the lowlands of the Heilsau. Once at the "top", we have climbed the ridge of a terminal moraine that comes from the direction of Ahrensbök, Heilshoop and Zarpen and finally runs out in the Oldesloer Kneeden.
