The archaeological site with the remains of an ancient well and a threshing floor (Aloni) near the abandoned village of Drakopoulata is located on the outskirts of Drakopoulata, a village largely deserted after the devastating earthquake of 1953. While most residents left the village, some stone structures remain, including this traditional threshing floor (Greek: Aloni), which was formerly used to separate grain.
- Threshing floor (Aloni): A circular, stone-paved area where animals (such as donkeys or mules) used to thresh grain. Such places often served as social gathering points for the village community.
