The floor plan of the Temple of Nemesis with its surrounding columns, with six columns at the front and six at the back, is typical for the period in which it was built. It is believed that it was designed by the architect Callicrates, according to whose plans the Temple of Hephaestus in Athens, the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion and the Temple of Ares in Acharnes were also built.
