Alessandria - Nice - Alba - Cavallermaggiore railway: one of the railway lines decommissioned at the beginning of the 1910s by the Piedmont regional council led by the Northern League member Cota; starting from 2018, the reopening of the Asti-Castagnole-Alba route for tourism purposes was inaugurated; many events have been held to request its opening not only for tourist purposes.
