"The highest Romanesque church in the Rhone Valley, dedicated to Saint Andéol. Surprising volume and dimensions. The climb to the bell tower is possible by appointment all year round and every day except Sundays in July and August."

"This huge church with three naves, dating from the end of the 11th century, is distinguished by the remains of an apse to the west and by the very beautiful dome in cut stone at the crossing of the transept. Inside, there is a beautiful Roman child's tomb which served as the burial place of Saint Andeol, patron saint of the city who, according to tradition, was martyred in 208. This sarcophagus therefore has three Roman faces and a Romanesque face sculptured at the beginning of the 12th century. See also the organs listed as historical monuments"
