Text on the stone: The Gut-Leut-Haus (Good People's House) nearby was named Guderlied Huss (called) in 1478 and 1577, and in 1590 Kattenthal (von Kotten).
In this hospice, the outcast lepers lived out their last miserable years, cared for by Beguines (a Christian lay community) mentioned here between 1314 and 1339.
