This road is pure scenery, with access to some of the best redwoods in the area, where you can enjoy the beautiful line of trees between you and the river as you ride along. The best time to ride this road is when the sun is low in the sky. The light shining through the trees is awe-inspiring. Notably, the road does have a fair amount of traffic, however, the route is relatively straight with wide lanes, so vehicles should have no issues passing you while you hug the fog line.
