The sheer size of this former holiday property is impressive enough. Especially when you see that the complex was not even finished yet. After the (re-)use by the GDR holiday authorities, another useful use has finally been found. A suitable clientele has now been attracted, probably in the interests of the town of Binz. I hope that the last buildings will also find a use.
