Lovely walk Along part of the Teesdale Way, Taking you alongside the River Tees the entire way. The walk takes you from Stockton Town center towards Newport bridge, passing through the Tees Barrage/Teeside White Water Course and Portrack Marsh Nature Reserve.

We usually start at Victoria bridge and then cross to the other side at every bridge we reach. As an extra you can continue from Newport bridge on the Middlesbrough side until you reach the dinosaur park. Worth a visit. On the way back you can cross each bridge in the opposite direction. Around 8 miles in all.
