The Sint-Willibrorduskerk is a Roman Catholic church in Alphen.
Construction of the tower and choir began in 1500. Construction was halted in 1542 due to the invasion of the Gelders led by Maarten van Rossum. The tower was probably completed in 1559. It was executed in the last phase of the Kempen Gothic. The church was put into use by the Reformed in 1648 and returned to the Catholics in 1820. Since the building had fallen into disrepair, it had to be restored.

This church was demolished in 1909. Only the tower was preserved. The church was replaced by a new church in neo-Gothic style, designed by Joseph Cuypers and Jan Stuyt, and consecrated in 1910.

On October 7, 1944, the spire of the church tower fell on the church nave during an artillery bombardment. The badly damaged church was replaced in 1955 by a three-aisled cruciform church in traditionalist style, designed by the architect Hendrik Willem Valk. In 1966 the tower was rebuilt in the original style.

The church still contains the high altar from the original church, side altars of Mary and Joseph, a large hanging cross with the body of Christ, a baptismal font and communion rails.

The stained glass windows in the aisle depict the towers of 14 surrounding churches.

The tower is a national monument. It comprises three sections and is topped by a constricted spire. The balustrade and pinnacles around the spire are 20th century additions. The tower has right-angled buttresses.
