Goods yard / Schifflände, Schaffhausen
The Schifflände in its current form was only built in the 1960s on the occasion of the construction of the power plant and the Rhine bridge. Cozy place in Schaffhausen, right on the Rhine and a landing stage for the scheduled boat. In summer the place invites you to linger and watch. Nearby there is a great pizzeria, ice cream parlor and whoever walks up the Rhine comes to Lunas Crepes. Just beautiful. An ideal starting point to explore downtown Schaffhausen, the Munot or the Rhine. A few meters down the Rhine is a great swimming pool - the Rhy Badi!
