The Bertasee and the Regattabahn are always worth a detour. It is a green passage, driving south through Duisburg, Ratingen, Düsseldorf. Despite the phenomenal location of the sun terrace, I would not go to the restaurant mentioned here, mainly because the house spreads the inimitable smell of fat and deep fryer on the small stretch of cycle path that winds around the sun terrace.
