Bernstein Castle is a small family-owned hotel with nine lovingly restored rooms - only an hour's drive from Vienna. Parts of the castle can be dated back to the 11th century and each generation has changed something in the building structure, so that today different epochs are visible side by side. The Almásy family acquired the castle in 1892, which is why it is also the birthplace of the desert explorer and pilot Laszló Almásy, who became famous for the film "The English Patient".

We set off with great anticipation, looking forward to the sight of the castle... In cloudy weather, after the rain, the park in front of the castle was beautiful, the view was beautiful, the "guest committee" was top notch. . As for the horse! Private place... We got distracted! I took a few photos of the courtyard. Sorry!
