Nice view over the Mittelland canal. The numerous benches invite you to linger and pause. Ships will definitely come by. On the B214 is directly on the bike path a staircase, or way on the gravel road directly to the canal.

Between Peine and Wendeburg recommended only in drought. Always remember the channel: the way is bad, reverse and use other side. Or dodge over dirt roads. Catastrophic at Woltorf!
