The Fritz Schneeweis Bridge is located on the Wiener Neustädter Canal in the area of Wiener Neustadt near the Triangel. The structure is named after Fritz Schneeweis, who lived from 1930 to 1999 and worked as head of the civil engineering department in the municipal building authority and as managing director. Today, the bridge serves as a well-known waypoint and orientation point for hiking and cycling tours along the historic canal landscape.

The Fritz Schneeweis footbridge is named after master builder Fritz Schneeweis (1930 - 1999), head of the "Civil Engineering" department of the city's building authority and managing director of the Wiener Neustadt-south wastewater association.
Long-time functionary of the ATV Wiener Neustadt, chairman for 30 years.
The ATV experienced enormous growth under his leadership and developed into one of the largest clubs in the city.
Master builder Fritz Schneeweis was also district chairman of the ASKÖ for many years.
