The sacred aedicule is located in Alvanischio, a small hamlet of Trevi, on the wall of a private house restored in 1960.
At the bottom of the niche is the Madonna with Child in swaddling clothes, on the side walls are the two saints.
After the complete repainting by the local artist Vincenzo Giuliani, unfortunately no trace of the original fresco is preserved.
The fresco is however very beautiful
