It is the most elaborate of the Caramanichese fountains, located below the small square of the same name, where the Romanesque church of San Leonardo once stood. The stone block on the wall with a rectangular relief is divided vertically by pilasters, and there are three very well-worked masks in the details of the eyes, in some also in the moustaches, from which the spouts emerge.

Located in the ancient heart of the village of Caramanico, it overlooks Piazza Garibaldi and takes its name from the church of the same name. The wall shows the relief with three spouts, of which the central one has unfortunately been ruined over time, as it certainly showed a mask like the other two lateral spouts.
