The first mention of the establishment of the parish also dates back to the 14th century. In 1481, the parish priest in Wilczkowo was Jan Wilde, who later became suffragan of Warmia. At the beginning of the 16th century, the parish belonged to the Ornecki deanery and also had a branch in Rogiedle.
