Stalag VIII-B was a German Army POW camp during World War II, later renamed Stalag-344, located near the village of Lamsdorf (now Łambinowice) in Silesia. The camp initially occupied barracks built for British and French prisoners of war during World War I. There was a prisoner of war camp in the same place during the Franco-Prussian War of 1870-71.
