Sticking to the northerly part of the park you will find the better trails, for bike touring you are better of staying on the road way. There are some good climbs depending on your route, and some rocky descents, once you have been a few times you will find the best route for your style.

Be aware that off road riding here is likely to be challenged by rangers and other visitors there’s signs saying no cycling except on main road way.
