Ostrich farm at Hof Kätker

The Tecklenburger Land is home to the only ostrich farm in the Tecklenburger Land. There is also a dairy farm here. In the farm shop you can buy farm products such as pasta, biscuits and egg liqueur made from ostrich eggs, milk and various types of cheese. In addition, there is also wine, oil, honey, jams and much more from surrounding farms.

We are Heiner & Carina, and we run the farm together with our family.We both share a great passion for cows and milk. Our goal is to show as many people as possible our work and provide insights into milk production. Of course, we hope to create a future for ourselves and continue to develop our family business so that it can be continued for future generations.We believe that sustainability is best achieved through regionality.
