The Headstone Tunnel is the longest of the tunnels on the Monsal Trail at 490 metres long. It adds an unique experience to the trail, and gives you a break from the weather at the same time!

If you still want to run the peaks when the weather is typically British try this trail under the Peaks. It runs from Bakewell to Wyedale, with some open trail and some tunnel. A unique way of crossing the peaks.
