Right next to the A1 motorway is the Manfredi family farm, one of the bases of the resistance in the area. Secret meetings took place here, fugitives were hidden and those who wanted to join the resistance were sent on.

Alfredo Manfredi was the first to be executed on December 17, 1944. Four days later, his father Vriginio and his sons Gino, Aldino and Guglielmo were executed - along with 10 other partisans. The formation they belonged to, the 77th SAP Brigade of the Garibaldini, was henceforth called "Fratelli Manfredi".

The building is now a ruin.

In 1920, Fabio Valentini and Marco Temperilli painted a mural here, which is also clearly visible from the motorway.
