/!\ around this difficult section there is another one which is particularly stressful: you have to use your arms to pull yourself up the wide metallic rope for a few meters on an almost vertical slippery wall. It is not impossible (I saw elderly people and kids do it), but be extra careful and be sure you have enough strength to pull yourself. Note that it is easier going up.
