Road cycling
The climb begins by climbing Caneva Castle or arriving from Sarone. It features a steady gradient (average 6.5%) and a steady climb to the Coda di Bosco mountain hut (about 9 km). The treeless section allows for views, on sunny days, of the Friulian plain all the way to the sea.
The second, more gentle section immerses us in the Cansiglio forest, before reaching the road from Vittorio Veneto after a short descent. The final kilometer is a gentle climb to the pass.
An excellent climb in all seasons, even in winter if weather permits.
