The idea of erecting a sculpture of a moose came from hunters gathered in the district association in Siedlce. The occasion was the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the Polish Hunting Association in 2013. The life-size statue of a moose was created by the sculptor Eugeniusz Ochnio. The bronze casting was made by Zbigniew Fudalski's foundry from Karolina near Góra Kalwaria.
